Terms of Use and Contact Consent
These terms apply to the AI Gap Report and to the contact details you share with us when you unlock one. In plain language: the report is research, not advice, and if you unlock it we will email you and may follow up about consulting work — and you can stop that any time.
1. What the AI Gap Report is
The AI Gap Report is an automated research summary. It reads publicly available pages for the business domain you submit and for a small set of companies in the same category, and quotes what it finds there.
Every claim we print about another company is quoted from that company's own public page, with a link and the date it was observed. Anything we cannot quote is not printed. We do not verify that those public statements are accurate, complete or current.
2. What it is not
The report is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a commitment to any outcome, saving or result. Recommendations are starting points for a conversation, not an engagement plan.
You are responsible for any decision you make on the basis of the report.
3. The details you give us, and why
To unlock the full report we ask for your name and work email. We also record the date and time you accepted these terms, the report you unlocked, and the IP address the request came from — this is our record that consent was given, and it helps us prevent abuse of a free tool.
By ticking the box you agree that Travcoding may email you your report and contact you about AI consulting, implementation and development — including a follow-up on the report itself, occasional relevant insight, and an invitation to book time with us.
4. How we handle it
We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers to store data and deliver email on our behalf.
We keep the report and your contact details for as long as we have a business reason to, and no longer than needed.
5. Opting out
You can opt out at any time. Reply to any email from us with "unsubscribe", or write to fernando@travcoding.com and ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your details, and we will.
6. Fair use of the tool
The report is offered free within limits. Do not submit domains you have no connection to in bulk, automate requests, or attempt to bypass the usage limits. We may decline or stop an analysis at our discretion.
